Please have the following to complete your admissions application. The admissions team cannot process your application without the following information:

  • Valid state identification or driver's license

  • criminal history information (if applicable)

  • clear face headshot for student permit/file

  • 500 words or less essay or 3-minute video on "Why/How this program will help you reach your beauty goals"

Student Loan Financing with Barksdale Federal Credit Union (BFCU)

We’ve partnered with Barksdale Federal Credit Union to provide an additional financing option for our students. You do not need to be a BFCU member to apply for a student loan for your program at Cureosity Academy.

To qualify for a BFCU student loan, applicants must:

  • Have at least 6 months of employment at their current job

  • Provide a recent pay stub

  • Present valid photo identification

This partnership offers competitive rates and the convenience of working with a local institution that understands the needs of our community.

Tuition and Financing Your Program

Investing in your beauty education is a major step—and at Cureosity Academy, we’re committed to making it as accessible and transparent as possible. We offer clear tuition rates, flexible payment plans, and new student loan options through a trusted local banking partner.

Our tuition covers not just your coursework, but also essential tools for your success—including a Windows 2-in-1 laptop, supplies, scrubs, student insurance, and more. For a detailed breakdown of current tuition rates by program, please see our Programs page.

In-House Tuition Agreements

We offer in-house, low-interest financing for up to 18 months, covering the tuition portion of your investment. This plan is designed to keep your payments manageable, allowing you to focus on your education. If you experience academic or personal challenges, you may be eligible to defer up to 2 payments on an 18-month loan or three payments on a 24-month loan.

In-house financing requirements:

  • Applicants must have current employment or a responsible party (such as a parent or guardian) who will sign the enrollment contract alongside the student.

  • Valid photo identification

  • Proof of income or employment

Students and responsible parties must sign a contract that adheres to the terms of the tuition agreement. Parties who default on in-house financing forfeit the right to re-enter terms and must find alternative funding to complete or continue their contracted enrollment term. If a student is dropped from the program, the student will be charged the hourly rate per credit hour accrued while enrolled. Uncollected contracts subject to court and collection remedies to recoup funds for services rendered.

Accepted Forms of Payment

At Cureosity Academy of Art, we offer a variety of convenient payment options to make tuition and fee payments as simple as possible. Please review the accepted forms of payment below:

  • Cash: Payments can be made in person at our campus location during operating hours.

  • Money Order or Cashier’s Check: Please make payable to The Academy at Cureosity LLC .

  • Personal or Business Checks: Accepted and subject to verification. Returned checks will incur additional fees.

  • Zelle: Send payments directly to our designated school account (info@academyatthecure.com)

  • Apple Pay: Secure digital payments accepted at our front office.

  • Direct Payments to Barksdale Federal Credit Union (BFCU) Account: Payments can be made directly to our school’s BFCU account  at a local branch.

  • Invoicing: For those who prefer to pay via invoice, we offer secure online invoicing. Please note a 2.8% processing fee applies to all invoiced payments.
